Sap Technical Lead

Key Roles Responsibilities:

• This position is for a Senior Project Manager.

• Overall responsibility for project-related deliverables for the project.

• Complete all aspects of the TEIS Project Methodology.

• Partner with the Business to drive towards organizational change management.

• Reporting of project status to all levels of TEIS and Business.

• Strong collaboration with Business PM management of vendor partners and internal cross-functional teams.

• Managing the work of full and part-time functional technical consultants.

• Proactive risk and financial management.

Requirements

Senior Project Manager to manage build of enhancements and rollout of new Ship Debit functionality with multiple distributors. Must be able to flex managing multiple cross teams and Vistex vendor Ship Debit related efforts.

Required Skills:

·      Functional Technical Functional Experience leading a large global multiyear project.

·      Nice to have experience with Vistex S&D functionality.

·      Nice to have understanding of Order to Cash Pricing business processes in multinational environments and able to have process-related discussions with different business function and vendor partner teams.

Project-related Experience:

·      Must understand deliverables related to a project lifecycle.

·      Must be able to adapt to and follow the TEIS project methodology.

·      Must be able to coordinate with subject matter experts to create Project charters, Functional Design Specifications, etc.

·      Must be able to create implementation and hypercare support plans.

·      Must be able to manage and track budget financials.

Required Experience:

·      4-6 years of experience.

·      4 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with project management in Pricing Related initiatives.

·      Self-starter, works independently.

·      Proactive, assertive leader with a proven ability to build consensus among many stakeholders and hold others accountable for tasks and deliverables.

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

·      Attention to detail.

·      Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to ensure project milestones are achieved and business value is realized.

·      Ability to adapt and rapidly apply changing technology to business needs.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Project, Excel, etc.

·      Ability to clearly articulate project details to the executive-level Steering Committee.

Language Requirement:

·      Must be proficient in English.

Certifications Desired:

Any leading market project management certification.
